Hello!

I’m Loek Vugs, a designer, animator, and part-time animation teacher from the Netherlands. In my work I explore minimal designs and patterns while often keeping a tactile, hand drawn feel.

I love to create design systems, experimental animations and conceptual illustrations. Most of the time I do this on my own, while occasionally collaborating with graphic designers and filmmakers.

With both my personal projects as well as the work I do for clients, I’m especially drawn towards subjects like architecture, environmentalism and science.
